5. Termination
As a Therapist it is very rare that I have had to approach ending therapy prior to the end of the agreed treatment plan. However, if I am concerned about engagement and commitment to therapy I will fully engage you, the Client in this dialogue and we will find a way forward together.

6. Duration of appointments
Each session is proposed to last 60 minutes but on occasion we may run slightly longer or shorter depending on what shows up within the session.

7. In between session activities/ accountability
Within each session I will invite you to complete in-between session activities or homework. This creates an opportunity to maximise treatment outcomes and steps towards positive mental health and well-being. I ask that you engage in these activities to get the most from the sessions. These resources will be shared in your member area.

8. Holidays
I will let you know of any planned holiday that may impact treatment sessions and would value it if you could do the same. We can then plan how to maximise the in between session contact.

9. Contact between sessions
As part of the signature programme, I will be available for in-between session support.
This will create an opportunity to message or leave a voice note on progress or any support you need to keep the momentum going in between sessions. I will endeavour to respond to messages within 48 hours.
